S. P. Salaway has over thirty years experience in customer management, product development and marketing. He specializes in enabling technologies for marketing, sales and customer service and is a subject matter expert in Call Centers, Sales Force Automation and Marketing Analytics. In addition, he has considerable experience in technology management and planning, market and product planning and research, sales channel strategy, business process reengineering, workflow analysis, and decision support.
Mr. Salaway has held senior leadership positions in both management as well as Big 4 consulting firms across a diverse industry background that includes Financial Services, Consumer Package Goods, and High Technology. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Masters of Science in Applied Statistics, both from Rutgers The State University.
Due to his innovative and leading edge solutions in technology based marketing and sales he has been quoted in the “New York Times”, “American Banker” and the “Bank Letter and is published in CRMguru.com and CustomerThink.com.
Mr. Salaway is a past board member of the Association of Professional Consultants (APC) and co-founder of the Los Angeles Chapter of the APC.
